OUR FARMING STORY BEGINS
The story begins. Our family’s roots in Scottish farming can be traced back to 1685, laying the foundations of a deep connection to land, seasons, and stewardship that continues today.

ARBIKIE FIRST RECORDED AS A DISTILLERY
More than just a date, 1794 marks the first recorded mention of Arbikie as a distillery. It stands as early proof that distilling has long been part of this land’s purpose and potential.
1919
FARMING BEGINS IN ANGUS
A new chapter begins. In 1919, our family started farming the Angus estate - the very fields we cultivate today to create The Arbikie whisky, grounding our future in generations of care.
